Montauk's reclamation program creates the opportunity to reprocess
certain key materials
and responsibly recycle components that cannot be reused.
Whatever cannot be recycled or reused is disposed of and being organic,
disappears without consequence.
We recycle back to the soil or back into another product.
We have an assembly line to build a sofa and a disassembly line to dismantle the sofa.
Our customers have the option of making the environmentally conscious choice of
purchasing a sofa
with reclaimed items or purchasing a sofa made from virgin materials.
The goal is to one day close the circle of materials,
easing the drain on the sources of virgin raw material.
